Essex - Yoga School
Welcome to Veda Embodied. We are a small, independent UK yoga school with enormous heart and a huge wealth of experience from decades of living, breathing and most importantly, embodying Yoga.
Yoga is our life, and it is from this deeply embodied space that our training courses provide a powerfully alchemical foundation for discerning teachers, rooted in both traditional yogic wisdom and contemporary philosophies and science.
Our yoga school is the place for you if you are a yogi or yogini ready to take your own yoga sadhana journey far beyond its current familiar bounds, for your practice to become wildly inspired with fresh new life and knowledge and to be able very authentically and confidently teach the ancient, powerful discipline of yoga with outstanding grace, passion and quiet authority.
We offer two levels of qualification depending upon where you are in your yoga teaching journey:-
i) 200 Hours Foundational Yoga Teaching Qualification
ii) 300 Hours Advanced Yoga Teaching Qualification
Our Veda Embodied Yoga trainings take place in a beautiful country farmhouse in Essex, surrounded by countryside. Our lead tutor is Jac Godfrey, a Yoga Elder with YTT. We welcome you to get in contact for a chat and/or to get full details in our PDF brochure.
